Sy Phelan is an award winning Freelance Artist located in Northern New Jersey. Phelan works in a variety of mediums including Photography, Painting, and Mixed Media. Phelan holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and has been both an active Freelance Artist and Art Teacher since 2002. She has exhibited in solo and group shows in N.J., N.Y., and P.A. She has also had publications in magazines in the U.S. and Leeds, U.K.

 

Phelan brings a passion and energy to her work that seeks to stir and awaken her viewers' emotions.
